Not many people understand that raccoon, a common pest, is actually really good eating if prepared correctly. I will use a very hot fire to singe off all the hair. Next I will wrap the raccoon in burlap and cactus before lowering it into a pit with hot rocks. Next we bury the raccoon with dirty and then let it cook overnight in a primitive earth oven or underground hangi.
