Tap in with us for another 20 Minute Slider HIIT Workout! Exercise sliders are great for advancing bodyweight exercises and isolating different muscle groups. This slider workout has mix of strength, stability, and endurance which will for sure work up a sweat! If you don t have sliders, you can use old towels or rags (on a smooth surface) and it is just as efficient. This is an ADVANCED workout and we don t recommend doing this unless you have a great foundation of basic exercises (squats, lunges, push-ups, etc.).
