Season with salt and pepper. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter in a pan on high heat. Once hot place chicken skin side down. Allow it to crisp up and become golden brown. Flip chicken over and turn heat down to low and baste. Bonus tip: Baste your chicken with thyme for added flavor. Remove chicken once fully cooked and set aside. Add shallots into your pan let them slowly cook down and caramelize. Toss in your zucchini and mushrooms making sure to slowly stir to infuse all flavors together. Toss in a clove of minced garlic and allow to cook down. Remove veggies from pan. Set aside. Add a splash of whisky to your pan, turn on high heat and carefully light with a candle lighter, making sure to do so from a safe distance. Now add 1/3 cup of white wine to pan to deglaze. Once deglazed add in 1/3 cup of heavy cream and mix until evenly incorporated. Lay down the veggies on a plate to form a base. Cut your chicken thigh at an angle and place on top of the veggies. I had stomachache almost everyday since I was a child. I visit doctor every other week and we had no idea why. My stomach is extremely sensitive so the fact that I have abs is quite astonishing. I get bloated from a lot of food. The ones that I mentioned in the video are just some of them. I still eat them but just less. There s this time that my friend made raw broccoli salad, and I was so sick for the entire night. I couldn t sleep, I had the worst cramps, throwing up because I basically got sick from eating raw broccoli. Same goes with eating too much raw kale, or even too much cooked broccoli and cauliflower. Apples is also not great for my stomach. I will have stomach cramps just shortly after consuming apples and I didn t know about it until quite recently. Now i think about it, it made so much sense because I had to call my mom to pick me up from school because I had bad stomach cramps from eating apples for breakfast! lol! So I guess you ll have to figure it out whether any food gives you bloating problem. My bf, Adrian, has no problem with anything. Lucky him! Pero si te dedicas el tiempo a los estirameintos por lo menos 4 veces a la semana seguramente después de 1 mes vas a ver el progreso 3. Cuanto tiempo hacer estiramiento y cuantas veces a la semana? Genial si puedes hacer estiramiento 4-5 veces a la semana por unos 15 minutos o más. 4. Cuantas veces al día hacer estiramientos? 15-30 min de estiramiento al día es más que suficiente! 5. Debe doler cuando uno hace los estiramientos? El músculo es igual a una banda elástica. Mientras más la estiras con fuerza, cuando la sueltas se contrae más! Si tus estiramientos son duros, dolorosos y agresivos te aseguro que menos flexibilidad vas a tener. Si te duele rodilla, talón, codo - utiliza cojines o colchonetas más gruesas para protección. 6. Estiramientos son para mujeres y hombres? No hay la diferencia muscular entre mujer y hombre, así que ambos sexos pueden realizar mismos ejercicios de estiramiento, incluyendo el split (spagat) 7. Calentamiento antes de estiramiento? Difinitivamente SI! Estiramiento debe ser realizado con cuerpo caliente y preparado - es regla de oro. 8. Es necesario hacer diferentes rutinas de estiramientos? Al realizar diferentes rutinas de estiramiento aprovechas estirar tu cuerpo con distintos ángulos, así que siempre es bueno. 9. Es normal si un lado más flexible que el otro? Absolutamente! Es normal, ya que nuestro cuerpo es assimétrico entonces un lado, un brazo, una pierna tenemos más flexible que la otra. 10.
