It will be hard to keep them in your fridge for long :) ☀ COOKIE DOUGH BALLS RECIPE ☀ INGREDIENTS 1 scoop Premier Protein Vanilla Protein Powder 1/2 cup cashew butter (or other nut butter) 1/2 cup almond flour 3 Tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 Tbsp milk of choice 1/4 tsp salt 3 Tbsp chocolate chips PROCEDURE In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Mix until it’s a well combined dough that isn’t too sticky– it should hold together very well. Mix in the chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop or spoon (mine is 2tsp size) to scoop out the cookie dough and use your hands to roll into a ball. Transfer to a tray lined with parchment, and then to the fridge. Allow to set for 4 hours before devouring! Store in the fridge. Yields 24 balls.
