There are so many kinds of strange Mexican Street Food. Mexico City especially has great things to eat, you call walk all through the streets eating much more than just tacos. If you like doing a taste test of local street food in any culture. This country has some of the best! We hit a street market just beside Chapultepec Castle. Here you can find all kinds of interesting Mexican street foods and candies. In particular we were searching for a weird one called DoriLocos. This is when you take a bag of Doritos, cut it open, and add all sorts of typical Mexican Salsas and spices. It starts with carrots and cucumbers, then Cueritos (pig skin fat), Valentina, Miguelito, Chamoy, peanuts (Cacuates Japones), and you top it off with lime. While maybe not that traditional, this snack is very common in the street. Myself and Davidsbeenhere had never tried it before, so here you can see our real reaction to this crazy Mexican dish. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ♥ Friends ♥ Check out my man David Hoffman! http://bit.ly/DBH-SUB ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ϟ LINKS TO GEAR HERE ϟ Cameras Sony a7s Cameras: http://geni.us/MyCamera Sony RX100 V: http://geni.us/SonyRX1005 GoPro Hero 5: http://geni.us/GPHero5 My Flying Camera: http://geni.us/MavicFlyMore Lenses Sony 16-35mm f/4 : http://geni.us/Sony1635mm Sony 90mm f/2.8 http://geni.us/Sony90mm Sony 55mm f/1.8: http://geni.us/Sony55mm Rokinon 24mm f/1.4: http://geni.us/Rokinon24mm Canon 70-300mm: http://geni.us/CanonZoomLens Phone Fisheye + Macro Lenses: https://pixter.fr/#IN42 Camera Accessories CPOL for Sony 16-35mm: http://geni.us/TiffenCPOL1 Variable ND for Sony 16-35mm: http://geni.us/TiffenVarND RODE Videomic Pro: http://geni.us/RODEMic RODE Dead Cat: http://geni.us/DeadCatVMP My SD Cards: http://geni.us/SanDiskPRO Zhinyu Crane Gimbal: http://geni.us/NewGimbal PEAK Camera Clips: http://geni.us/PDClip PEAK Lens Switching: http://geni.us/PDLensKit PEAK Camera Strap: http://geni.us/PDStrap PEAK Keeping Safe on Rainy Days: http://geni.us/PDRainShell 3 Legged Thing Tripod: http://geni.us/Tripod Get a gift from PEAK DESIGN with my link: https://www.peakdesign.com?acc=721 Other Accessories Travel Tea Mug: http://geni.us/TravelTea Powerbank: http://geni.us/AnkerPowerbank ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ♫ Music ♫ "Coco" - Funkyfella https://soundcloud.com/funky_fella ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ☎ Say Hi Here ☎ ✧ Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/kickthegrind ✧ Tweetz: http://www.twitter.com/KickTheGrind ✧ Facebook Fanpage: http://www.facebook.com/KicktheGrindTV ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ✯ Experiences over Possessions ✯ Kick the Grind ✯ -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
http://www.Top-Tennis-Training.com/ How To Hit The Perfect Tennis Serve In 5 Simple Steps. Top Tennis Training coach Simon Konov explains how to hit the perfect tennis serve in five simple steps. Step One - Using the ideal grip which is the continental grip. This is the same grip you should use for your forehand volley and backhand volley, your tennis overhead smashes and your slice backhand. This grip allows you to use supination and pronation on your tennis serve. It also allows you to hit all the different types of serves and spin variations with the same grip, this includes the tennis slice serve, the tennis kick serves, the tennis flat serves and a mixture of all three. Step Two - A consistent ball toss that goes no higher than six inches above your contact point. The higher you toss the ball, the faster it will be traveling downwards when you try to make contact making it harder to hit in the sweet spot. However, if you toss the ball just slightly higher or exactly to your ideal contact point, the ball will stop for a split second at the height of the toss so it s almost as if you are hitting a stationary object. The other main reason to keep your ball toss just around the contact point height is that the higher you toss the ball, the more out of control it gets, it s much easier to consistently toss the ball is the same zone if you toss it lower. Step Three - Reaching a good trophy position. A good trophy position is very similar to a good throwing position, the main difference is the tilt of the shoulders as are target is the contact point on the serve whereas with a throw it might be forwards. The characteristics of good tennis serve trophy pose include the non-hitting hand pointing upwards to the ball to help balance the body, the hitting arm in about a 90-degree angle, and the tip of the racket pointing upwards towards the sky. If you can you will also have a good knee bend in this position, Step Four - Using pronation during the contact zone. By using the continental grip you allow the forearm, arm, and shoulder to supinate prior to contact and start pronating during contact and completely pronate after contact. This is the ideal way to accelerate the tennis racket head during the contact zone. Step Five - Using a good follow-through and finish to complete the service motion. For right-handers a good indication would be the racket head finishing close to the left hip. This will allow the shoulder muscles to slow down in a natural relaxed way without stressing the shoulder or elbow joint. Video Timeline: 00:00 - Intro 00:21 - The Grip (step one) 02:00 - Ball Toss (step two) 04:17 - Trophy Position (step three) 10:32 - Pronation (step four) 13:29 - The Follow Through and Finish (step five) Subscribe to our channel here - https://bit.ly/2V1F13c Make sure you turn on the notification bell 🔔 #Tennis #TennisServe #ServeLesson

How many tries does it take an average player to do what professional pool players do on the first try? Your Average Pool Player tries to recreate Efren Reyes insane 10-ball shot. After a number of unsuccessful attempts, Rollie slowly learns about spin transfer between the cue ball and the object ball. Efren Reyes knowledge of the game is incredibly deep, but Your Average Pool Player? Not so much. Dynamic stretching is ideal prior to exercise to prepare the joints for movement and muscles for optimal activation. Static sustained stretches are designed to hold a position for a joint or a muscle that is minimally challenging. Static stretching can provide recovery benefits when performed at the end of a workout. The goal of static stretches is to release tension, making muscles more pliable and less susceptible to pulls and strains. However, as good as many of the affordable options are from Mazda, Hyundai, Honda, and Toyota, many buyers are looking for more luxury and refinement. Add water to thin out as needed. Pour and enjoy! Makes 2 servings. *Note: full fat coconut milk is very rich and high in calories and healthy fats. If you want something lighter, try swapping with almond milk or hemp seed milk. Nutrients per 1/2 of the recipe: Calories: 322; Total Fat: 22.5g; Saturated Fat: 15.5g; Cholesterol: 0mg; Carbohydrate: 20.8g; Dietary Fiber: 4.8g; Sugars: 12.8g; Protein: 6.8g HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE HEMP MILK RECIPE 1/2 cup hemp seeds 3 cups filtered water pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 pitted date Pop all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 60-90 seconds or until everything is blended to together and you have a light creamy milk. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Nutrients per 1/2 cup :Calories: 64; Total Fat: 3.3g; Saturated Fat: 0.2g; Cholesterol: 0mg; Carbohydrate: 5.3g; Fiber: 0.6g; Sugars: 2.9g; Protein: 0.4g CHOCOLATE COCONUT HEMP HEART BITES RECIPE 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup of almond butter 1/4 cup hemp seeds 3 tablespoons of maple syrup (which could also be honey) 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes pinch of salt Gently mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until everything is well incorporated and looks like a thick dough. Grab about 1 tablespoon of the dough and shape into a ball. Then this step is totally optional but I like to roll the outside in a few more hemp seeds as well.
