Axe is a pretty fun hero right now because of the change to his ult(or dunk) because it has a lower threshold, yet if you successfully dunk someone, the cooldown is reset. Also, when you successfully dunk, you get a massively increased movement and attack speed. I played this game with Eosin while I was streaming, and I felt like playing hyper aggressive, so here that is. This game has a TON of kills, so I hope you guys enjoy my less standard item build. Skywrath mage is a tempo controlling, solo killing hero who is somewhat of a glass cannon, but has an interesting skillset. I decided to try the patented MerliniDota Skywrath mid build, and I actually found it quite effective. The boots of travel are extremely nice because it allows you to return to base for a full mana refill, and get back into the fight, or gank side lanes immediately. After a strong laning stage, and lots of ganks, you should be able to propel your allies into a strong midgame. That didn t exactly happen this game. Axe is a pretty manly hero who was recently buffed/adjusted to give a lower cooldown on his spin, a slight nerf to battle hunger, and a large overall buff to his ulti, making the cd 0 if you successfully ult a hero, though the HP threshold is lower. I don t play him standard this game because it s a fan game, so I went mid and got a midas. What else is new. You should still get the standards down of how to play the hero though. Enjoy. Hey guys, this is a build that you should probably never do with a Midas, but damnit I did it with a midas. Your core for the Earthshaker Carry build, is usually phase boots drum(with a bottle) into shadow blade, at which point you can start ganking. I instead did Soul Ring and Midas to help combat the OD in the mid lane. Always pick up crit after the shadow blade to test your luck at 1 shotting someone. Sniper is a pretty fun hardcarry because his range gives him some fairly safe damage potential, and his headshot means he has pretty good lane presence. This game I went mid versus fans and maxed out shrapnel first because I wanted pushing potential so that I could control runes. As I play sniper more and more, I find movement speed to be the most important thing to build on him early game. If you can ensure that you can quickly escape opponents and continue to position yourself optimally, it helps you stop feeding, unless they have strong invis heroes or gap closers like storm spirit, spirit breaker, or queen of pain. If you can avoid gap closing heroes and you can snowball a bit from farm, you should be in the clear.
