Dubai is one of the supercar capitals of the world, so it s no surprise to find the showrooms filled with the latest and very best hypercars for sale! Let s visit the greatest dealerships in town to check out the Bugattis, LaFerraris, P1s, and many more. To kick things off, thanks to Aston Martin MENA, I m getting around with a brand new Aston Martin DBX for my first drive in the SUV. The particular car is in Satin Xenon Grey with all visual carbon fibre, 22" black wheels, and red calipers to tie in to the Obsidian Black leather with Spicy Red stitching on the interior. The DBX is powered by a familiar 4.0l Biturbo V8 producing 550hp and 700Nm and no doubt is a great means of transport to explore the local hypercars. Starting at the Al Aweer Auto Market, we have a few stops from Top Line Motors with a heavily modified SLR, 918 Spyder and Ford GT, to a Huracan from the UK at GT-R Motors, and visiting the 2nd Al Ain Class showroom with many nice cars including an LP640 Roadster, pair of SLRs. Stoub.biz recently launched and have three of the 50th Anniversary Nissan GT-R, as well as two Pistas, an SVJ and more and then my last stop is to check out a stunning red SL65 Black Series at Mega Star Motors. Things start to get very crazy at Al Ain Class main showroom, home to everything from a Koengisegg Regera, to 2 912s, 2 P1s, 3 Veyrons, LaFerrari, Senna, 3 SLRs and the Lamborghini Veneno Roadster and a Gemballa Mirage GT. The next stop on my tour is to Q Motors where the hypercar theme continues with 2 LaFerraris, 2 Veyrons, 2 Chirons, a Reventon, a Gumpert Apollo and a phenomenal display of supercars too. Before finally the last visit is to VIP Motors with a Chiron, Veyron, 2 P1s, 918, One-77 Q Series, Carrera GT, Senna and so much more too. There s nowhere else quite like it when it comes to supercar showrooms, and I hope you enjoy this tour in Dubai! Tennis Forehand - 4 Ways To Create Massive Power On Your Forehand - Part One. On the ATP tour, around 75% of winners are hit with the forehand. It doesn t matter what level you play tennis at, your forehand should be one of your main weapons. In order to build a consistent and powerful forehand in tennis, you need to use the major muscle groups. This includes the legs and the trunk muscles. This means using rotational power and ground force on your tennis forehand. When you study the best tennis players in the world, such as Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, and Novak Djokovic, they all hit their forehands in different ways, they use different forehand grips, they have unique swings, yet they all use the same fundamentals to create massive power on their forehands. The key to more power on any stroke is increased racket head speed. Whatever helps you generate more racket head speed will give you more power. Some players can generate racket head speed by using their arms alone, however, that method is high risk and less rewarding. By relying on the smaller muscle groups in your forearm, you re increasing the risk of injury and the muscles will get tired much quicker. However, if you use the large muscle groups, you ll reduce the risk of injury along with increasing the duration of time you can create massive power. Tennis Forehand - 4 Ways To Create Massive Power On Your Forehand: Step One - Coil and Uncoil. The foundation of any powerful forehand in tennis is using rotational power from the trunk muscles. This means coiling the upper body, storing explosive energy in the core muscles, in particular, the oblique muscles, then releasing that stored energy through the contact point. Imagine a rubber band, when you pull it back and release it, the band stretches then explodes off your hand. When you coil the upper body on your forehand, you re stretching the core muscles, and then when you release them and uncoil, you ll create a huge amount of power which will help you create more racket head speed. Step Two - Load and Unload. The leg muscles are the strongest muscle group in the entire body, so it only makes sense to use them in order to generate more power for a longer duration. When coiling the upper body, you also want to sink down using your legs, almost as if you were going to sit on a chair. As you bend the knees, you re storing explosive energy in the legs, and then when you drive up and into the ball, you ll create a lot of power using that ground force. It doesn t matter which stance you use, it could be the open stance forehand, the semi-open stance forehand, or the neutral stance forehand. With all three, try to load up on the back leg and drive into the ball for maximum effect.
