TODAY S MATCH WAS AT AL HAMRA GOLF RESORT Al Hamra Golf Club’s Par 72 Championship course lends itself perfectly to all levels of golfers, providing the fledgling novice or the most accomplished of players with an enjoyable and interesting golfing challenge. This eighteen-hole golf course, designed by Peter Harradine, meanders around four inter-connected open water lagoons merging seamlessly with the water of the Arabian Gulf. Tennis forehand technique, how to stay loose like Roger Federer. In this video, LTA Senior Performance coach Simon Konov of Top Tennis Training will explain in great depth how you can stay loose on your forehand groundstroke but achieve great racket lag just like Roger Federer. The key is in the start of the swing, the preparation of the stroke. If you use only your hitting hand to prepare the racket, tension will build in the wrist and forearm.
