Pogona vitticeps, the central bearded dragon, is a species of agamid lizard occurring in a wide range of arid to semiarid regions of Australia. This species is very popularly kept as a pet and exhibited in zoos. The diet of an adult bearded dragon should consist of 85% greens and 15% protein. Feed greens such as red leaf lettuce, greenleaf lettuce, string beans, mustard greens, mixed vegetables (frozen/dethawed mixed greens are good), romaine lettuce, occasional carrots, etc. Do not feed spinach (high in oxalic acid) or iceberg lettuce (no nutritional value). Avoid cabbages. Protein, in the form of crickets, superworms, roaches, etc., should be fed twice weekly and should include a good calcium supplement (with vitamin D3 and no phosphorus). Calcium supplementation should be done more often for breeding females. Vitamin supplements should be given weekly or biweekly. Pinkie mice are not recommended, as they are very fattening for dragons. Green and Black Poison Dart Frog (Dendrobates auratus) Dendrobates auratus, also known as the green and black poison dart frog or the green and black poison arrow frog, and sometimes mint poison frog. Green-and-black poison dart frogs are popular exotic pets due to their small size, bright colors, and intriguing behavior. As with all frogs, they have permeable skin and should not be handled whenever possible. If it is imperative to move them, handling should be done with extreme care and with clean hands. Their small size makes them fearful of animals much larger than themselves, such as humans, and will attempt to escape if handled. To prevent escape, many frog keepers move their amphibians in fine-meshed nets or with cupped hands. A partly terrestrial, partly arboreal enclosure should also be provided. Poison dart frogs may be small, but is very active and needs a suitably large terrarium (usually 100 x 60 x 60 centimeters) with a high level of humidity. My nightly routine feeding dinner to all of my animals. :) I spend anywhere from 30 minutes to 2+ hours on my animals every night feeding them and cleaning their cages out. It s definitely a lot of work but well worth it. People always ask what I feed my animals so here u go! :-) I ll be posting more videos soon this was just a quick lil one.
