The radio in this 2016 Ford F150 would not play after making or receiving a phone call using the Sync 3 bluetooth. It would freeze up. Manually doing a master reset to the unit did not fix the issue. In this video I show the steps necessary to download and install the UBS updated Ford software in any 2008 and newer Ford using Sync or Sync 3 infotainment system.
