Fuel injector failure is not super common on this VW TSI engine. However fuel injector replacement may be needed. In this video we will replace a fuel injector on a TSI engine. You can follow the same process on an Audi TSI, Skoda TSI, SEAT TSI and of course a VW TSI engine. The process will be basically the same for the Gen 3 EA888 2.0t and 1.8t. We got a call for a Polaris RZR that was at the clutch (also known as the chute), at the top of double sammy, at sand hollow. Initial reports was it was missing 2 wheels, but it had the wheels on, just 2 busted axles, and a broken tie rod. We got up there easy enough, and got it loaded rather easily. With a couple of tries we were able to get moving, but Matt got a little disoriented, and headed off to the right. That s were the fun really started, once headed that way we were kinda committed to following it, and everybody else wound up follow us. Pretty simple in a RZR, but not so much in a stock Cherokee! Jaymie did an excellent job, although maybe a little fast! Incredible scenery, it was a beautiful trail!! Anyway we made it through, and back to the sand, and got the RZR back to their trailer. So far TC has racked up a handful of first and one race where he rolled but has since made up for it.
