This is a 1970 Plymouth Superbird with an automatic and white interior. It has a 440 Commando and has been sitting under a cover in a collection for a few years. It will soon be up for sale and requires a full paint correction as there are swirls, water spots, and brown tar stains that need to be cleaned and restored. By disaster vehicle restoration standards, this clearly has no dead animals, smelly, moldy, gross interiors, but for a super rare SuperBird it qualifies as a filthy full detail in my mind. There is a huge before and after satisfaction and gratifying reveal and drive so watch until the very end. We performed a paint correction with full compound and polishing. Range could be better, at 370km (230mi) or 483km (300mi). The 0-60 was apparently shown by @potus yesterday in the 4 second range assuming that was the Extended version. Charges as fast as 41 minutes 15%-80% on a fast charger, and as slow as 19 hours with a Level 2. Has a frunk for storage which is awesome. It can also calculate your payload for you, which is between 1800-2000lbs. It can tow 7700-10,000lbs. All versions are dual motor AWD and is only available in a SuperCrew with a 5.5ft bed. Coolest part is that it can act as a generator to power your house. It has Pro Power Onboard, so you can plug stuff into it just like the PowerBoost Hybrid. BUT the Lightning has Intelligent Backup Power so if you re charging it at home with the 80-amp Ford charge station pro and your house power goes out, the truck turns itself into a generator for your house with the same cable.
