This time on Busted Knuckle Builds we are showing off our latest turnkey Busted Knuckle Production Rock Bouncer built right here at Busted Knuckle Off Road in Cullman, Alabama. This is one of our Ride Chassis with a few performance additions. We shoved a 630 Horsepower 427 stroker into this rock bouncing machine hooked to a built Turbo 400 transmission and 3.0 Atlas Pro Tcase. This transfers power to the ground thanks to our own 1410 driveshafts that spin custom BKOR 40 spline 14 bolts steering axles equipped with 4.88 Yukon Gears front and rear. Rear steering is controlled with our self centering electric over hydrauic rear steer system. 43" TSL SX sticky tires wrapped around 17" beadlocks are kept on the ground with Radflo Triple Bypasses and Coil Carriers front and rear. Jake Burkey has the suspension absolutely dialed with 16" of travel up front and 25" in the rear thanks to our signature Busted Knuckle Off Road Trailing Arms coupled with our own 7075 billet aluminum link bars. This is pretty standard for one of our builds but what makes this one stand out is the blood red wheels and accents matched with the Satin Black and Gloss Back Powder scheme. We were proud to build this machine turnkey for one of our first customers we ever had when Jake first started selling parts. It has been years since I had my own rock bouncer build. When me an Jake started the Busted Knuckle Off Road Shop the we both sold our rock bouncers. The goal was that one day we could both have our own Busted Knuckle Off Road Production buggies and be able to wheel together like we used to. Well that goal has finally been achieved! So this is it the new Busted Knuckle Films rock bouncer we call Knucklehead. It is a carbon copy of the R&D rig that we call the shop buggy. 550hp LS3, TH400, and Atlas 3.0 pro case. 14 bolt axles front and rear with 40 spline RCVs in the front. I made a few key upgrades to set mine apart. Starting with the pterodactyl ball bag skin PRP seats in a nice peanut butter color to set off the interior. I also added rock sliders as well as some key chassis bracing in case I decide to do any stunts in this rig. Now we are a little behind on releasing this video but I can tell you whole heartedly that this is the best rock bouncer that I have ever had. It is amazing how well these are built and after numerous trips on it we have had zero issues. Even after 5 days of king of the hammers.
