I ve had the idea for Fixing it Forward for some time now. Lately, with my new 2 post lift, and this 1998 Chrysler minivan, it seems that a lot of things are coming together to make Fixing it Forward happen. I ve had a lot of good fortune lately and it s nice to have the opportunity to give back with this show. It s a win for everybody. I get to play with my new lift, you get more repair videos, and most importantly, the people that need repairs, get them. As I said in the video, Fixing it Forward won t be airing every week. These shows will be mixed in with my regular Friday repair videos as they become available. The structure of this show will be different than what I ve done in the past. Rather than focus on one repair at a time, I plan on attacking these repairs in the same way I would as if I were working in a shop. This way you ll have a better understanding of how I would tackle repairs if I wasn t producing a YouTube show. In short, it will be more like hanging out in my shop as I fix things rather than a step by step tutorial. I m sure things will grow and change over time, but that s the plan for now.
