The procedure shown in this video can be applied to both electronic throttle control (ETC) and cable controlled throttle bodies. The vehicle being worked on is a 2009 Chevy Silverado. Variations in scan tool used and system design will affect how an idle relearn procedure is completed, after the throttle body service. Every manufacturer is different on how this relearn is done.
