In this episode we render out bear fat from a black bear we took into liquid and then drop piles of bear meat and fry it until it is very rich and delicious. Best camp meal ever! Beaver are surprisingly easy to trap and offer a ton of nutrients to the forager. A real staple item! Beaver is also great eating, usually very full of fats crucial to surviving long term in the wild.
