hWe go on a multi day canoe expedition to the wilderness of Scotland. Travelling 60 miles by canoe and wild camping along the way. Our trip starts at Fort William and finished in Inverness. We travel across the Caledonian Canal, through Loch Lochy, then onto Loch Oich where we join the wild river Oich and paddle through grade 2 rapids. Then we enter the monster loch ness and spend two days paddling and wild camping the 22 miles of this loch. Finally, we enter into the small Loch Dochfour and into the last section of the Caledonian Canal where we finish in Inverness. #禅定#佛#冥想#seeker大师兄 相信你肯定有所了解，现在世界上很多的成功人士，他们都在极力的推荐，打坐冥想。因为他们发现，通过打坐冥想，可以明显的提高我们的专注力，和调整我们的不良情绪。但是很多人可能还不太了解，在佛家里的禅定，打坐冥想，还有着很多，更加神奇的妙用。比如说：体验常人根本无法形容的禅悦，他们说这是一种完全不同于七情六欲的秒乐。另外，随着你的禅定更深，你甚至还能体会到，佛祖在禅定中证悟的神通，你能够看透前世今生，你能够看透所有人的人心等等等等。而最后禅定的最高境界，则是所有人类最终的梦想，那便是修炼成佛，永生不死！ 而最幸运的就是，佛祖就在佛经中，详细的记录了他通过禅定，修炼成佛的9个阶段，被称为9次第定。那么，今天我们的主题，就是和大家聊一聊，这9个不同的阶段。分别会是什么神奇的境界？ 那为了照顾还没有看过，我前面一个视频的朋友，我们要简单的回顾一下，佛家的一个概念。 在九次第定中，前面的初禅，二禅，三禅，四禅，代表的是色界的禅定。而后面这4个名字看起来怪怪的4定，则代表的是更高级的无色界定。 那什么是色界，什么是无色界呢？在佛家中认为，我们这个世界分为，欲界，色界，无色界，三界。 欲界就是，生活在物质世界，被七情六欲控制的生灵。比如说：像我们这样的人类，动物，鬼，阿修罗。而且有意思的是，佛家说天有28层天，最低六层天的天人，虽然也是天人，但是他们也像我们人类一样，被七情六欲控制着。他们也属于欲界的生灵。 而色界，这里的色不是指颜色，更多是指有形的物质世界。而色界便是第7层天到24层的天人，这里的天人，虽然也像我们一样，有容貌，有形体，也生活在物质世界当中，但是他们已经完全摆脱了七情六欲的束缚，他们不吃不喝，不贪不嗔。以禅悦为食，是更高一等的生灵。 而无色界更为神奇，他们是指天界中最高等级的天人，这里的天人就和其他2界的生灵，完全不一样了。因为他们已经彻底摆脱了物质世界，不但没有七情六欲，甚至连容貌，形体，也都没有了，有人说，他们就像是一团光一样，虚无的存在。 OK,当我们明白3界的概念之后，就让我们再回到9次第定中，色界的4禅是，代表的是，如果你也修炼禅定。进入这4禅定，那么你就像色界的天人一样。摆脱七情六欲，而且还能体会到欲界不能体会的禅悦。 而如果你能进入后面的无色界4定，那你就能像无色界的天人一样，不仅摆脱了七情六欲，甚至你还能摆脱整个物质世界的束缚，自在的像一团光一样。 那么再继续修炼到最后一步：灭尽定，又将进入什么神奇的境界呢？这个问题，一会我们再揭晓。那么接下来，首先让我们进入，9次地定中，最低的初禅。 成为此频道的会员即可获享以下福利： https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfkFEfvGzuMT4hK0suu_Q2g/join

The Afghan president fled the country. Almost all of Afghanistan is now under Taliban control. It marks the end of an era: America’s longest war is now over, and it lost. And it happened fast, stunning the world and leaving many in the country racing to find an exit. But even among those surprised by the way the end played out, many knew the war was destined to end badly. According to some experts, the seeds of disaster were planted back at the war’s very beginning. Ever since the American war in Afghanistan began in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, the US government has struggled with answering exactly why the military was there. In the very beginning the goal was relatively clear: to capture the perpetrator of the attacks, Osama bin Laden. But almost immediately, the goals became murkier, and more complicated. In this video, investigative reporter Azmat Khan and former US ambassador to Afghanistan Michael McKinley explain what the US military was actually doing in Afghanistan, what it got wrong, and why America’s long intervention there is considered a failure.
