Every time I saw this place on the side of the highway between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, I always thought it was a resort. I had put it on my list of places to go exploring in the future. When we finally had a free day to check it out, I was shocked. No fences, no guards, no tape. It was an abandoned Gentlemen s Club... aka a strip club... right beside the busiest highway in Quintana Roo, Mexico. It had Urban Exploration written all over it. I always try to do my research before we do an adventure. The history is half the fun of the place. Every abandoned building has a story, and love sharing it. However, there was nothing about this place online. I would guess it s over 30 years old, before the days of facebook pages and yelp reviews. It s condition is pretty great actually. Normally when you go urban exploring there is a ton of graffiti on these places. Not the case here. Hareem Gentlemen s Club by Playa del Carmen, Mexico does not exist on the web. Because of it s proximity to big nightlife hubs like Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Tulum, I had a suspicion there could have bee people living inside. Hunch confirmed.... but why the roof?? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ϟ My Camera Gear ϟ Main Camera: http://geni.us/MyCamera My Favourite Lens: http://geni.us/Sony1635mm My 2nd Favourite Lens: http://geni.us/Sony90mm Low Light/Portrait Lens: http://geni.us/Sony55mm Love this Microphone: http://geni.us/RODEMic My SD Cards: http://geni.us/SanDiskPRO Camera Clips: http://geni.us/PDClip Cool Gadget to switch Lenses: http://geni.us/PDLensKit My Camera Strap: http://geni.us/PDStrap Keeping Safe on Rainy Days: http://geni.us/PDRainShell Great Tripod with a Funny Name: http://geni.us/Tripod This new Gimbal I love: http://geni.us/NewGimbal My Flying Camera: http://geni.us/MavicFlyMore ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ♥ Friends ♥ Here s Mariannela s Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLsdv9V82CHVVEw5QP-OSow Sexy Lounge - Soundsphere Abstract Glitch Melody - Sevenotes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ♫ Music ♫ "Getting Tipsy 2" - Martin Landh from Epidemic Sound (http://www.epidemicsound.com) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ☎ Say Hi Here ☎ ✧ Snapchat: kickthegrind ✧ Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/kickthegrind ✧ Tweetz: http://www.twitter.com/KickTheGrind ✧ Facebook Fanpage: http://www.facebook.com/KicktheGrindTV ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ✯ Experiences over Possessions ✯ Kick the Grind ✯ -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In Korea, the secret sauce has long been gochujang. From kimchi to bibimbap to Korean BBQ, gochujang is a favorite among chefs everywhere, and is poised to soon become as big as Sriracha. In Korea, no one makes it better than Seo Youngsoon. She’s been stirring up the stuff for the past 40 years, using traditional techniques passed down from generation to generation. By teaching others how to make the sauce using traditional methods, she is helping preserve a recipe that epitomizes Korean gastronomy and culture. CPGs are usually relatively simple neural circuits and are responsible for virtually all the rhythmic motions you see in nature, from jellyfish swimming to human breathing. while we often think of our brains as reaction machines – like, we touch something hot and quickly pull away – central pattern generators don t need any stimulus to work. you can pull them out of an animal and put them in a petri dish and the neurons will still fire with the same rhythms. feature binding: when you see your cat and you know right away it s your cat...well, somehow, your brain is putting together all kinds of information about the object s shape, size, color, motion, position in your field of vision, and lots of other contextual clues to make that happen. neuroscientists call this "feature binding," and neural oscillations may be key to pulling it off. _________________________________________ Subscribe to MinuteEarth on YouTube: http://goo.gl/EpIDGd Support us on Patreon: https://goo.gl/ZVgLQZ And visit our website: https://www.minuteearth.com/ Say hello on Facebook: http://goo.gl/FpAvo6 And Twitter: http://goo.gl/Y1aWVC And download our videos on itunes: https://goo.gl/sfwS6n ___________________________________________ Credits (and Twitter handles): Script Writer: Emily Elert (@eelert) Script Editor: Kate Yoshida (@KateYoshida) Video Illustrator: Ever Salazar (@eversalazar) Video Director: Emily Elert (@eelert) Video Narrator: Kate Yoshida (@KateYoshida) With Contributions From: Henry Reich, Alex Reich, Peter Reich, David Goldenberg Music by: Nathaniel Schroeder: http://www.soundcloud.com/drschroeder Image Credits: Snake Crawling - BigfootHD https://www.shutterstock.com/video/clip-2582720-stock-footage-snake-crawling.html Greyhound running - Objectivity https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iq_Oj6qzeIU Hummingbird - Smarter Every Day https://youtu.be/1VA8v1btKdQ?t=73 ___________________________________________ References: Buzsaki, G. The word connection has more meaning to us now then ever before. Why did we choose to live in a tiny home on wheels? For connection. Connection to nature, the open road, a sense of home and the ones we love. Living in an Airstream is the missing puzzle piece we’ve been searching for. We’ve partnered up with Mentos Pure Fresh Gum, who helped make this video possible and share the importance of connection. http://www.mentos.ca #ad #hellofreshness #mentospurefreshgum Subscribe and click the bell to enable notifications for my new videos: http://bit.ly/1258Cu2 ☆ Equipment Used ☆ ↠ Sony RX100 5 - http://amzn.to/2nd7moa ↠ Sony A7SII - http://amzn.to/2nZogEg ↠ DJI Phantom 4 - http://bit.ly/DJIPhantom4Drone ↠ GoPro Hero 6 - http://bit.ly/GoProHero6Black_ ↠ DJI Osmo - http://bit.ly/DJIOsmo_ ↠ Sony 16-35mm lens/F4 - http://amzn.to/2x9qRlY ↠ Sony 24-70mm lens/F4 - http://amzn.to/2hbPT9Q ↠ Sony 85mm lens/F1.8 - http://amzn.to/2jDmOsr ↠ SHURE LensHopper Camera-Mounted Shotgun Mic - http://bit.ly/SHUREShotGunMic ↠ Final Cut Pro ☾☼☮ OTHER PLACES TO FIND ME ☮☼☽ ↠ Blog - http://www.hopscotchtheglobe.com ↠ Instagram - https://instagram.com/hopscotchtheglobe ↠ Snapchat - itskristensarah ↠ Twitter - http://www.twitter.com/htglobe ↠ Facebook - http://www.facebook.com/hopscotchtheg... ◅ ▻ CONTACT ◅ ▻ ↠ Business: hopscotchtheglobe@gmail.com ↠ Acting & Hosting Agent: connect@riverlighttalent.com ↠ Questions: http://www.twitter.com/htglobe ✉ SEND ME MAIL ✉ Kristen Sarah Jacobson PO BOX. 30007 150 Main Street. I made my girlfriend cry today, I wasn t proud of it, but it was hilarious. We just 50k Subscribers and thought a great way to celebrate would be an extreme eating challenge! Just up the street from us in Mexico City, there is the hottest burger in the world at a place called the Burger Bar Joint. They serve a hamburger that is a tower of habanero and serrano peppers. I am a veteran of spicy food, and was a little bit scared to take on this hot pepper challenge. You have 3 minutes to consume a 2 patty burger, with fries and a litre of beer. It turned out to be more of a speed eating contest My girlfriend is a champ. She s Mexican, and eats a decent amount of chili too, however her Canadian boyfriend has a bit of a higher tolerance. This wasn t exactly boyfriend vs. girlfriend, or a prank (she accepted to do it, but I did have to lay on the peer pressure thick.) Can she eat a tower of beef and habaneros, then finish it off with a litre of beer and fries in 3 minutes?
