Check out all the places seen in this video: https://www.touropia.com/best-places-to-visit-in-china/ China, the gateway to East Asia, is a fascinating country. It is an ancient civilization that gave the world Peking Man, gunpowder and noodles. Visitors making their first trip to China usually stick to the larger cities. More experienced visitors to the Middle Kingdom will strike out in other directions, where traveling may be a bit more frustrating because of the language barrier, but most definitely doable for independent travelers. Here’s a look at the best places to visit in China:

In this video we visit a Japanese cat cafe in Tokyo. If you ve been following this channel for a while, you ve probably noticed a bit of a cat cafe trend - if a city has a cat cafe, we re there! Of course when we came to Japan, we couldn t resist visiting and seeing how the cat cafes compare to others we ve been to. And in case you re counting, we ve now been to cat cafes in Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Germany, Ukraine, and even Canada. For this outing, we decided to visit a cat cafe in Ikebukuro called "Cat Cafe MoCHA". They have multiple locations across Tokyo, and while we didn t visit them all, we were wowed by the size of the one in Ikebukuro. It was very spacious and the cats had plenty of space to roam. The cafe itself had a section for napping, studying, playing board games, playing computer games and just general lounging. It was very quiet inside with soft music playing in the background (hence why we re whispering in this video!), but it was a pretty cool environment and a fun activity for a rainy day in Tokyo. One of the things you can do at Cat Cafe MoCHA is feed the cats, so we bought some food for them. We were expecting we d get some kibbles or wet cat food, but it was quite the event; we got given aprons, a mat for the cats to eat on, and even a spoon to feed them one by one. It was a really fun experience - oh, Japan! If you want to experience a Japanese cat cafe during your visit, here are the details for the one we went to: Cat Cafe Mocha (Ikebukuro East Exit) Japan, 〒170-0013 Tokyo, Toshima, Higashiikebukuro, 1 Chome−22−5 サンケエビル4F Hours of operation: Saturday 10a.m.–10p.m. Sunday 10a.m.–10p.m. Monday 10a.m.–10p.m. Tuesday 10a.m.–10p.m. Wednesday 10a.m.–10p.m. Thursday 10a.m.–10p.m. Friday 10a.m.–10p.m. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * GEAR WE USE Panasonic GH5: http://amzn.to/2yqTUyi Canon G7X ii: http://amzn.to/2yqtM6B Rode Video Micro: http://amzn.to/2wTguTM Joby Gorilla Pod: http://amzn.to/1PgoY5F SanDisk 16GB Extreme Pro: http://amzn.to/25KEErs * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * SOCIAL MEDIA & TRAVEL BLOGS AUDREY: blog: http://thatbackpacker.com/ instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thatbackpacker/ facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thatbackpacker twitter: https://twitter.com/ThatBackpacker SAMUEL: blog: http://nomadicsamuel.com/ facebook: https://www.facebook.com/nomadicsamuel twitter: https://twitter.com/NomadicSamuel instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nomadicsamuel/ * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Visiting a Japanese Cat Cafe in Tokyo, Japan! 😺 Script: Well hello guys. As you can see it is a rainy day here in Tokyo. Not ideal for sightseeing but we are not staying indoors. We re actually going to be heading to a cat cafe and if you ve been following this channel for a while you know that we love cat cafes. We have come to Ikebukuro (池袋) there is a whole bunch to choose from over here so yeah let s go find some cats. We are enjoying lots of quality time with the cats. It is not as busy as I thought it would be but I guess it is the middle of the week on a rainy day. Yeah. So this is actually really good for us because the cat to human ratio is in our favour. Here you have to pay buy a time slot. It is 200 Yen for 10 minutes. Yeah. It is 200 Yen for 10 minutes which is less than 2 US dollars. Okay so this is pretty cool. The cafe has a lot of different like sections. So there is an area where you can sleep on beds. They also have an area where you can play board games. I m going to feed some cats for 500 Yen. Audrey you ve made a lot of friends. Audrey did you become a cat whisperer? And as you can see over here Cat Cafe Mocha has a whole bunch of locations all over Tokyo so this isn t the only one you can come to. That cat cafe was a lot of fun. It is the largest and nicest cat cafe we ve ever been to on our travels. We really enjoyed it. We ended up spending 40 minutes there and since you pay by 10 minute increments it was 200 Yen times 4 so 800 Yen per person. We also bought cat food which was really worth it. We really enjoyed feeding the cats. The total itself it was 2100 Yen. Yeah. Which came to just under $20 US dollars. Yeah. And I would say it is a really unique activity you can do here in Tokyo. The cats were so sweet. It was really fun feeding them. So definitely worth it. If you re are a cat lover you ll want to check this place out. This is part of our Travel in Japan video series showcasing Japanese food, Japanese culture and Japanese attractions. Music by Artlist: https://artlist.io/Audrey-184699

The final chapter in my Philippines travel vlog series of exploring the mountain province in Cordillera, Northern Luzon. You re going love love what we found. We re on the search for hanging coffins in Sagada. As a foreigner in the Philippines, I was told I should go to echo valley to see the famous hanging coffins of the Igorot people. This area gets hundreds of Filipino tourists from Manila, Baguio City, and across the country every day. On Fearless & Far, we re always on the search for the next level. The deeper experience. The adventure that challenges us. I met up with my guide Chris and Angdung and we grabbed our machetes and hiking boots, and dove into the jungle. Looking for other sites that others have not visited in a long long time. We found exactly that. The unique death rituals of the mountain people of Cordillera are not for the squeamish. In all my philippines travel vlog experiences, this was perhaps the most shocking and interesting topic I have come across. While there are hanging coffins in China, and also similar practices in Indonesia, there s nothing quite like what happens here in Sagada, Mountain Province. #FearlessandFar #Philippines #Sagada 15 Travel tips on how to Find, Experience, and Film amazing places! In this video, we challenge ourselves to a $10 Japanese Supermarket Meal Challenge. The goal? To show you guys just how much pre-made food you can get at a Japanese grocery store for just $10 (or the equivalent of ¥1100) and to also show you all the variety of food available. When it comes to buying a supermarket lunch in Japan, there is no shortage of options! There s usually an entire section dedicated to ready-to-go meals that are both delicious and affordable. These types of meals are very popular in Japan because people can just pop out during their lunch hour and not have to worry about meal prep at home. It also helps that these meals are very budget-friendly so people don t have to feel guilty about eating out or not cooking. Along with our friend Rob, the three of us went to our local Japanese supermarket, Olympus, and walked the aisles in search of food. We wanted to show you a variety of appetizers, mains, desserts and beverages, so we tried to choose different things to show you guys. There was a section with hot meals featuring things like fried rice, noodles, grilled fish, tempura and yakitori, plus there was also a section with cold meals like sushi trays and salads. For this video, we managed to grab a little bit of everything. Two of us came under budget and one of us came in over budget by just a few yen. At the end of the day, we realized that you don t even need $10 to have a good meal in Japan - you could easily do so for $5 and still feel satisfied! We hope this Japanese supermarket meal challenge gives you a few ideas of how you can eat on a budget in Japan as well as what you can eat. Bon appetit! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * GEAR WE USE Panasonic GH5: http://amzn.to/2yqTUyi Canon G7X ii: http://amzn.to/2yqtM6B Rode Video Micro: http://amzn.to/2wTguTM Joby Gorilla Pod: http://amzn.to/1PgoY5F SanDisk 16GB Extreme Pro: http://amzn.to/25KEErs * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * SOCIAL MEDIA & TRAVEL BLOGS AUDREY: blog: http://thatbackpacker.com/ instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thatbackpacker/ facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thatbackpacker twitter: https://twitter.com/ThatBackpacker SAMUEL: blog: http://nomadicsamuel.com/ facebook: https://www.facebook.com/nomadicsamuel twitter: https://twitter.com/NomadicSamuel instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nomadicsamuel/ * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * $10 Japanese Supermarket Meal Challenge! 💰 Transcript: It is lunchtime here in Tokyo and today we re going to do something a little bit different. We ve been eating at a lot of restaurants but we want to show you guys just how affordable Japan can be. So we are doing a $10 dollar food challenge. We re going to be going to this supermarket. Ten dollars is the equivalent of 1,100 Japanese Yen and we re going to show you how much food we can get for that much money. We have our money. Any particular cravings for lunch today? I think sushi. I might get sushi too. I was thinking sushi too. We ve got to mix it up a bit. The supermarket is literally across the street. It is called Olympic. I don t know how many other brands there are but this chain here in particular is quite nice. And you re about to see what I m talking about. The selection is unreal. So many options for side dishes. There is another section here with ready to go meals both hot and cold. I m looking for some type of little dessert and I am close to 1100 Yen but I do have a lot of food already. I am now outside the supermarket waiting for the boys to come out with their groceries. I did pretty good with the 10 dollar challenge. I only spent 933 Yen so I still had quite a bit left over but honestly I already have enough food. Well we finished the $10 dollar Japanese food challenge and that was a lot of food. I mean I think we re all full. What do you think Rob? I m full. I didn t know if I was going to eat it all because you don t really need to spend $10 dollars to have a nice lunch and at the supermarket but I did eat it all and I m full. You certainly don t. I think anywhere between the 4 to 7 dollar range you can be picking up a lot of nice food there. And there was just options galore in that supermarket. Like we just scratched the surface of what you can get. I hope it gives you guys a really good idea of what you can get in a Japanese supermarket. And just how inexpensive it is. Ciao for now. This is part of our Travel in Japan video series showcasing Japanese food, Japanese culture and Japanese cuisine. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Music by Artlist: https://artlist.io/Audrey-184699

🇮🇳 Goa, Agra, Manali...tourists all go to the same old places in India. But I decided to go and see the real India, away from the banana pancakes and cheap hostels. Join me as I explore rural India on a journey to Khumbalgarh fort. Note: The scenes in this film did not happen in this sequence but for narrative purposes I placed them in this order.
