One of the hardest things in the universe to understand is the interior of our own minds: we can have spent decades on the earth before we ve grasped even very basic things about who we are and how we function. It s not for nothing that the Ancient Greeks felt philosophy had only one command: Know yourself! 9-Day Adventurous Myanmar Itinerary here: https://bit.ly/3iPZiD4 Myanmar. What an absolute stunner. On this adventure, we got to visit Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay, Inle Lake and Lashio! Here’s what we did! ------------------------------------------------------ YANGON (00:23) 00:25 - Shwedagon Pagoda Probably the most iconic landmark in Yangon — The Shwedagon Pagoda, which lights up at night and is truly a sight to behold. BAGAN (00:37) The best way to get around Bagan, both New Bagan and Old Bagan, is to rent an e-bike, or a normal bicycle would do! 00:58 - Bagan Hot Air Balloon Sunrise Experience Famous for its hot air balloon ride, we hopped on the tour and got to experience it for ourselves! To catch the sunrise while floating and drifting amidst the clouds was so surreal. 01:15 - Lawkananda Pagoda Situated on the top of the Irrawaddy River, this is not to be missed! 01:24 - Ananda Temple Be awed by the beautiful and intricate architecture here. 01:34 - Wonders of Salay & Mount Popa Day Tour Don t be deterred by the 777 steps to reach the top — It is SO WORTH IT. MANDALAY (01:47) 01:49 - Rv Nmai Hka Irrawaddy River Cruise It might be 12 hours, but it was a good 12 hours, experiencing the seas and the journey from Bagan to Mandalay. 02:01 - U Bein Bridge Either the sunrise or the sunset, they are both spectacular. This bridge is the longest and oldest teakwood bridge in the world! 02:10 - Dee Dote Waterfall Located deep in the mountainous region one hour away from Mandalay by car, lies this blue lagoon. The hike up to this sweet spot is WORTH IT! 02:34 - Mandalay Hill WE KNOW it seems like you gotta hike all the time in Myanmar, but really, when you re at the top, don t you think you get the best views? :-) INLE LAKE (02:49) One of the must-dos if you re ever in Myanmar, is to get on a boat and explore the ins and outs of Inle Lake! LASHIO (03:03) 03:08 - Gokteik Viaduct The best way to travel to Lashio — by train! Get to admire the different landscapes of the countryside~ 03:19 - Mountain Biking Exploration Adrenaline junkies — This is for you! It s definitely not an easy bike path, let us assure you. But worth every bump on the road. 03:35 - Myanmar Adventure Outfitters Experience a customisable off-the-beaten-track adventure and contribute to the needs of the communities and villages you interact with on your trip! 03:39 - Dark Horse Falls Some of us didn t dare to cliff jump because it was THAT scary, but being up there and in the heart of all the action with other travellers made it one of our best moments during this trip! 04:01 - Homestay at Ban Khaw Village We got to stay in a local homestay and immersed ourselves in the local culture. They were SO warm and friendly, and welcomed us with the biggest open arms ever. :-) ---------------------------------------------- Edited by: Chloe Cara - http://instagram.com/qlo.e3e Follow our travel guides around the world on: ► https://thetravelintern.com/ Follow us on our travel adventures on social media: ► @TheTravelIntern http://facebook.com/thetravelintern http://instagram.com/thetravelintern https://t.me/thetravelintern Learn about The Travel Intern Programme: ► https://thetravelintern.com/about-tra... Anyone who wants to have bulky arms must not only treat the biceps well but also show the triceps some love. Your triceps muscles have three heads: the long head, the lateral head, and the medial head. When your triceps muscles are too tight, it limits your strength, power, and mobility. So keep in mind that you should give all those muscles a good stretch. Most arms exercises involve lifting weights. However, if you don’t have any dumbbells at home, no worries! You can use canned goods, bags of rice, water bottles or heavy books for weights. 100-ounce laundry detergent jugs have handles and secure lids so that might be your best bet. Let s start! Other videos you might like: 19 Foods to Build Muscle and Gain Weight Faster https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NM4iBO3_N-k& 10 At-Home Exercises to Get Rid of Belly Fat In a Month https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pitmJNYUz8& 1-Minute Exercises to Improve Posture and Reduce Back Pain https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_WJ5cotyfE& TIMESTAMPS: Diamond push-up 0:54 Kickbacks 2:07 Chair dips 3:03 Close grip bench press 3:59 Inverted row 5:21 Arm rotations 6:03 Towel bicep curls 6:34 #biceps #bulkyarms #strongmuscles Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - Any pushup is good for your triceps, but the diamond close-grip pushup variation is particularly challenging and effective. This exercise helps you naturally extend your arms while straightening your elbows. When you keep your elbows to the sides, you make your triceps muscles the primary movers instead of your shoulders and chest. - If you managed diamond push-ups, kickbacks are going to seem like a piece of cake. Even though they’re easier, they also work all three heads of the triceps. It’s important that you keep the upper arm immobile during the exercise to get the full effect of the extension. If it seems too hard not to strain your elbow, try a lighter weight. - Chair dips are an easier alternative to the regular dips you do at the gym. As you can see from the name, all the equipment you need for these is a chair. Dips let you work out targeted muscle groups, and as you lean on the chair, you put all the tension on the arms. - The close grip bench press is a pretty unique exercise because it helps you build both muscle bulk and strength at the same time. - You can do inverted row pretty much anywhere, all you need is something to grab onto. Lie flat on the ground, and get a grip on a sturdy chair, a coffee table, or some other object within your reach. - Making circles with your arms, first small, then bigger every time, is a good way to build your biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Just like with the inverted row, the secret here is repetition. - To do towel bicep curls, you’ll need a towel and also a heavy bag, so you can do it at home, work, or in a hotel room while traveling. Switch hands after 8 to 12 repetitions and perform three sets with each hand. It’s important that only your forearm is moving during this exercise, and the rest of your body stays still so that all the strain goes righto your biceps. Come join us for an exciting new travel and food series as our South Korea trip starts now! We kick things off with an epic Korean barbecue in Seoul eating delicious Korean pork belly known locally as Samgyeopsal (삼겹살). David s Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/Davidsbeenhere My trip to South Korea without Audrey begins in Toronto s Pearson International Airport where I grab a quick burger before boarding my direct 13 hour + flight with Air Canada to Incheon. Upon arriving in Seoul I check into my hotel and enjoy a quick dinner with some of the other YouTubers. The rest of the night is all about Korean barbecue. David, having not tried Korean barbecue before, loved the Korean pork belly samgyupsal. Aside from the delicious meat it was the side dishes and especially the spicy salad and samjang sauce that tickled our tastebuds. After dinner we grabbed some Korean craft beers before calling it a night. Overall, it was a fantastic night in Seoul and a great beginning to our Korean trip together. A special thanks to the KTO (Korean Tourism Organization) for making this vlogging trip to South Korea possible. * * * GEAR WE USE Panasonic GH5: http://amzn.to/2yqTUyi Canon G7X ii: http://amzn.to/2yqtM6B Rode Video Micro: http://amzn.to/2wTguTM Joby Gorilla Pod: http://amzn.to/1PgoY5F SanDisk 16GB Extreme Pro: http://amzn.to/25KEErs * * * SOCIAL MEDIA & TRAVEL BLOGS AUDREY: blog: http://thatbackpacker.com/ instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thatbackpacker/ facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thatbackpacker twitter: https://twitter.com/ThatBackpacker SAMUEL: blog: http://nomadicsamuel.com/ facebook: https://www.facebook.com/nomadicsamuel twitter: https://twitter.com/NomadicSamuel instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nomadicsamuel/ * * * South Korea Trip STARTS NOW! | Korean Barbecue in Seoul eating Samgyeopsal (삼겹살): Hey guys! We are Samuel and Audrey, a vlogging travel couple from Canada. In this travel channel we share our travel and food vlogs while touring the world. Our most recent trip was to South Korea where I embarked upon a two-week adventure without Audrey. Invited as part of a YouTube vlogging trip, organized by KTO, I spent the first week traveling with other YouTubers in Seoul, Busan and Gyeongju. My second week included independent exploration of Korea with my good friend and fellow YouTuber David of DavidsBeenHere. Having lived and traveled in South Korea, the chance to return to one of my favorite countries was one of the biggest surprises of 2019. On this particular trip, I had an opportunity to do many things I had not previously covered including a visit to the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone between South Korea and North Korea), a Buddhist Temple Stay and a Korean cooking class. It was almost as if the program designed by KTO knew exactly what I had missed out on before. Obviously, a huge highlight from the two weeks I spent revisiting Korea was the food. I feasted on all of my favorite Korean dishes including Korean barbecue, dolsot bibimbap, haemul pajeon, tteokbokki, bulgogi, kimbap and many others. I can honestly say that Korean food is world-class and is one of my top 5 favorite cuisines in the world. Aside from trying familiar dishes, I had the opportunity to sample raw Korean seafood for the first time. While visiting Seoul, highlights included going to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Namsan Seoul Tower, Jogyesa Temple and Hongdae. As one of the biggest cities in the world, I barely scratched the surface of things to do in Seoul. Spending extended time in Busan was my favorite part about the trip with top highlights including a Korean temple stay, fresh fish markets and a Korean baseball game. It was from Busan that we ended up taking a day-trip to Daegu where we enjoyed a traditional Korean market and tried Galbi-Jjim for the first time. If you want to see more videos from Korea in the future, let us know in the comments what places you d like us to travel to and what food experiences you d like to see on this travel channel. Georgia has now become a popular tourist destination. Once part of the USSR it now has its own vision of the future. Part of it is developing tourism. Batumi is a seaside resort. Black Sea. Lets drive around and take a look at Batumi, Georgia! #Batumi # Georgia
Just think about how many times you promised yourself you’d start taking care of your body “tomorrow.” So if you are waiting for a sign or a trigger to get rid of your love handles and make yourself feel more confident, this is it. Muffin top, love handles, spare tire – however you refer to that stubborn fat that accumulates on your sides, belly, and lower back, there’s one thing we can all agree on: it needs to go! So, fellas, how about a few simple at-home exercises to chisel your waistline in a week? Hey, try ‘em out for yourself! Other videos you might like: 5-Minute Workout That Replaces High-Intensity Cardio https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FXDWtYsu1dQ& 6 Effective Ways to Get Rid of a Double Chin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MAA0lEdl_A 10 At-Home Exercises to Get Rid of Belly Fat In a Month https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pitmJNYUz8& TIMESTAMPS: Jumping Burpees 0:29 Bicycle Crunches 1:20 Kneeling Vacuum 2:04 Side Plank 3:03 Swimmers 3:49 Russian Twist 4:36 Woodchoppers 5:23 Reverse Crunches 6:15 #lovehandels #menexercises #weightloss Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - Burpees help get your blood flowing and your heart pumping in no time, making them an awesome warm-up exercise. On top of that, burpees provide you with a great full-body workout that targets not only your abs and obliques, but also your arms, quadriceps, glutes, chest, and hamstrings. - Some people don t breathe while doing kneeling vacuum, while others try not to interrupt their normal breathing. Choose whichever way is more comfortable for you, but don t relax your stomach muscles. This seemingly simple technique works like magic if you need to reduce your midsection, shrink your waistline, and carve your abdominal muscles. - Just like a traditional plank, side plank works your stomach muscles, as well as your back, glutes, and core. But most of all, the side plank focuses more on the obliques, which is a sure-fire way to get rid of love handles. - If you do the Russian twist with some weight in your hands, be it a dumbbell or just a gallon of water, you ll burn calories and build muscle mass at a much faster rate. - Doing woodchoppers keep your eyes on the weight so that you don’t lose your balance. Also, if you re a beginner, don t pick a heavy weight; otherwise, it can lead to a bad rotator cuff injury. - Just like regular crunches, the reversed ones work the front of your abs, but they especially hit your lower abdominal muscles. - Aim to do this workout 4 to 5 times a week. It’s also a good idea to throw in some moderate-intensity aerobic activities, like swimming, jogging, or cycling. - Avoid eating processed and fried food. It s usually high in added sugars, preservatives, and additives. You’ll also wanna stay away from the usual offenders: sweetened drinks, fast food, ready meals, junk food like cookies and chips, and fatty meat. - It’s a good idea to replace foods rich in carbs with non-starchy veggies, such as cauliflower, celery, peppers, spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, and the like. Top 10 Philippines Locations on Trover: http://bit.ly/Philippines_Secret_Locations After travelling as a foreigner in the Philippines for many months, I ve been all over the country making travel vlogs. It really is a dream destination, but there s so much more to see than the beaches! While I have been island hopping in Coron to visit kayangan lake, twin lagoon, and nacpan beach by el nido in Palawan. My mission was always to find what else was there. I ve avoided places like Siargao and Boracay. I m sure they are some of the most beautiful places in the Philippines, but I ve always felt they were not the best places to se Filipino culture. This is a sort of Travel Guide for the Philippines. For people who like to get off the beaten path, and love adventure travel. These are my top 10 favourite destinations in the Philippines so far. 1. Apo Whang-Od The last mambabatok doing traditional Kalinga tattoos. Shes 102 years old and a legend in the Philippines. https://youtu.be/Ivn4-GzrETM 2. Blue Soil Hills The rainbow mountain of the Philippines. There is blue soil just outside of Sagada in Northern Luzon. It s incredible to see. https://youtu.be/h1rfNMyUG0Q 3. The Hanging Coffins Echo Valley is a very famous place to see the Hanging coffins. There are many better places however, you just have to ask. https://youtu.be/p9vyz_HYKZM 4. The Sunken Cemetery Just off the coast of Camiguin island there is a Giant Cross standing out in the ocean. Surrounding it is a cemetery sunk by a volcano. Only in the Philippines... https://youtu.be/lPCnUCvh-pg 5. Warship Graveyard of Coron While many go island hopping in Coron, there is another adventure under the waves. Giant Japanese warships are sunk, and ready to explore for advanced Scuba Divers. https://youtu.be/ZVa1bOwyprA 6. Britania Islands Just below Siargao in Mindanao, in Surigao del Sur, you can find these magnificent islands. Very few people venture this far. https://youtu.be/CgyE2DyVppg 7. Matigol Falls Easily one of the most amazing waterfalls in the Philippines, and unknown to tourism outside of Mindanao. This waterfall was "The one that got away" https://youtu.be/FDre4ptJPiU 8. Bulingan Falls A stepping stone Columnar Basalt waterfall on Basilan, Mindanao. There can t be very many of these on planet earth. https://youtu.be/A8UANZdETHU 9. Torpedo Boats Illegal logging boats are now being used to shoot thrill seeking tourists up rivers in Northen Samar. https://youtu.be/K03sxDaJSHU 10. Filipino Food. Food in the Philippines has a bad repuatation. Most of it is quite tasty, even if it doesn t appeal to the western Palette. Especially the street food! https://youtu.be/PVEeScXdSVU I hope you enjoyed this video! Did I miss anything you think I should have included? Make sure to check out the community on Patreon! In this video, we transform my parents backyard into a beautiful staycation paradise by building a wooden deck and pergola! This home renovation project came together after we received an email from Jeff & Michelle from Home RenoVision DIY, who had watched some of our videos and spotted our concrete slab of a deck in the background. Since the Home RenoVision DIY channel is all about teaching people how to tackle home renovation projects, they offered to come over to my parents house and build a deck and pergola! They just needed some willing learners and some extra hands. Of course, we took them up on their offer! In total, we spent 6 days with the Home RenoVision DIY team - but only 3.5 of those actual work days. We may have distracted them with food and wine! For the technical video that shows you how to build a wooden deck step-by-step, you can watch Jeff and Max s video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kEa_9J2-Vac And for the behind-the-scenes adventures in home renovations, shopping trips to Home Depot, and tasty home cooked meals, you can watch this video. We had a great time with the Home RenoVision DIY crew of Jeff, Max and Michelle and they quickly became friends. A huge THANK YOU to them once again for reaching out with this idea and transforming my parents home! * * * * * * * * * * GEAR WE USE Panasonic GH5: http://amzn.to/2yqTUyi Canon G7X ii: http://amzn.to/2yqtM6B Rode Video Micro: http://amzn.to/2wTguTM Joby Gorilla Pod: http://amzn.to/1PgoY5F SanDisk 16GB Extreme Pro: http://amzn.to/25KEErs * * * * * * * * * * SOCIAL MEDIA & TRAVEL BLOGS AUDREY: blog: http://thatbackpacker.com/ instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thatbackpacker/ facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thatbackpacker twitter: https://twitter.com/ThatBackpacker SAMUEL: blog: http://nomadicsamuel.com/ facebook: https://www.facebook.com/nomadicsamuel twitter: https://twitter.com/NomadicSamuel instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nomadicsamuel/ * * * * * * * * * * Backyard Staycation 🏡 | Building a Wooden Deck and Pergola with Home RenoVision DIY: Day 1: We met up with the Home Renovision DIY team Jeff, Max and Michelle to discuss the deck project, get to know each other, organize the building materials. In terms of food we had some empanadas and wine. Day 2: We got up early to grab extra supplies at Home Depot. We began by digging holes for the floating deck. Audrey s was neat whereas mine was as big as a bathtub ;) For lunch, we ate polenta with tomato sauce and sausages and Osado a la Olla. I got to use power tools for the first time. We finished the floating deck in the afternoon. Day 3: Today we worked on the main deck on top of the concrete slab. We also started work on the pergola. The deck on top of the concrete slab involved a lot of measurements and precision work by Jeff. We ended up having a picada for a mid-afternoon snack working until the sun went down. Day 4: We finished off building the main deck and then went out for sushi. Day 5: We started off the day by going to Home Depot to grab some more supplies and finished off building the pergola and put up the sails. Day 6: We enjoyed a massive Argentine barbecue feast to end things off! A special thanks to Jeff, Max and Michelle for making this possible! We had so much fun with the Home RenoVision team building the deck and sharing great food and conversation. Music We Use: http://bit.ly/SamAudreyMusic

As much as a newborn brings joy, it brings an equal amount of responsibility as well. New parents usually go through a bumpy ride when taking care of a baby, which involves issues like lack of sleep, soothing the baby, and feeding. Take, for example, changing diapers. It’s not the most complicated thing in the world: you wanna remove the soiled diaper and put a fresh clean one in its place. But there are some important things to remember. Or maybe you think that taking a baby out of the tub is so easy? But a baby’s skin is super soft, and it can get really slippery after a bath. That’s why it’s extremely important that you be extra careful while doing that. So be ready for drastic changes in your lifestyle and remember that the first giggle of your little one makes the struggles you go through worth it. Here s a list of things that can be beneficial for new parents Other videos you might like: 10 Superpowers You Had When You Were a Baby https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RurDrecMjP4& 23 Kids from Horror Films You Won’t Recognize Today https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hut-AvhCoKE 10 Important Things Your Child Should Learn by Age 10 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPYGkGTJjqg& TIMESTAMPS: Getting the baby to sleep 0:31 Getting yourself to sleep! 1:18 Wrapping your baby up 1:54 Holding a baby properly 3:02 Keeping an eye on the umbilical cord 3:31 Taking a slippery baby out of the tub 4:01 Changing diapers 4:41 Feeding 5:43 Baby massages 6:42 Bonding 7:12 #newborn #baby #parenting Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - Try to keep the room lit up during the day and dim the lights at night. This will help your little one understand the difference between daytime and night. - Synching your sleep cycle with your baby’s will help you get enough rest so that you’re fresh and full of energy when you’re awake. - Swaddling is actually really important because it makes the baby feel safe and secure. That way, they’ll feel more relaxed and will fall asleep quicker. - When holding a baby, you must make sure that their neck is supported. You can do that by either cradling the baby in your arms or keeping one of your hands under their head. This is because a newborn’s neck muscles are too weak to hold the head up, so you kinda have to help them out with that! - The most important thing to remember about the clamped umbilical cord (or stump) is that it should always be clean and dry. So, until the cord shrivels up and falls off, which might take two weeks or so, the baby should only be given sponge baths. - Babies don’t need baths every single day. Otherwise, their silky soft skin can get dried out and irritated. Most doctors recommend doing it about 3 times a week until your little tyke starts moving more on their own. - You should also be careful with the umbilical cord stump when changing diapers. Make sure the diaper doesn’t go up past the umbilical cord if it hasn’t fallen off yet. Some diapers for newborns have a cutout around the belly-button area to avoid irritation. - Don’t assume that baby bottles always need to be warmed up like you see in the movies. And if you do decide to serve it warm, never use a microwave – it can create hotspots that you might not catch while testing it on your wrist. - Who doesn’t like a good massage? All you have to do is lay your baby on a towel that’s placed on a comfortable surface like a bed. Always massage using a vegetable-based oil. - Bonding will be different for everyone, but the goal is the same: to establish a strong connection between the baby and its parents. This process should start as soon as the baby’s born. All it takes in the beginning is gentle skin-to-skin touch. “I think it’s safe to say that everybody loves a good pickle,” says Katherine Cohen, head pickle proprietor of Elsie’s. She runs a sandwich shop in Haddon Township, New Jersey, that has done away with run-of-the-mill sandwich bread altogether in favor of *pickles.* But these aren’t just any old pickles—they’re flavored with a secret family recipe and have attracted folks from around the world. Among the sandwiches on Elsie’s menu: the Famous Italian—that’s ham, capicola, salami and provolone served between two pickles. YUM.
