The MUSA Underwater Museum. Between Cancun and the island of Isla Mujeres in Mexico, there is an incredible place to Scuba dive. It s an underwater sculpture park, acting as a coral reef for all of the incredible animals underwater. Jason Decaires Taylor a British scultor created the very first park of this kind in 2009. Now it attracts Scuba divers and snorkelers from all over the world. A diving highlight of Riviera Maya and the Yucatan Peninsula, it s really easy to get to from Cancun. I hopped on the ferry from Puerto Juarez to Isla Mujeres and found myself a hostel called PocNa. We did a few dives together. 3 on the museum to shoot this video, another few on the nearby Manchones reef, which has a few more sculptures and an incredible amount of fish. We also did a dive at the nearby wreck called GunBoat 58 during eagle ray mating season. That.... was a show. If you re not Scuba Certified, you need to join the club. There are a lot of PADI dive centres down there that can hook you up. The earth is 70% water, and we only explore the 30% that is land. This week Craig looks at the expressed powers of the President of the United States - that is the ones you can find in the Constitution. From appointing judges and granting pardons, to vetoing laws and acting as the nation’s chief diplomat on foreign policy, the Commander in Chief is a pretty powerful person, but actually not as powerful as you might think. The Constitution also limits presidential powers to maintain balance among the three branches of government. Next week we ll talk about the President s powers NOT mentioned in the Constitution - implied powers. Use pressure-treated lumber and galvanized planter boxes to erect a vertical garden filled with colorful greenery. (See below for a shopping list, tools, cut list, and plant guide.) SUBSCRIBE to This Old House: http://bit.ly/SubscribeThisOldHouse Wall-mount planters are ever more popular in cities, where industrious gardeners must make use of every inch of outdoor space. But their appeal stretches well beyond the urban jungle. A striking floral installation can brighten a big blank wall, take advantage of sunlight that never reaches the ground, and, best of all, keep you off your knees. Our original design is a simple grid with lattice sections for climbing vines and horizontal rails that function as French cleats, making it easy to change the position of planter boxes or bring them indoors for winter—great for, say, tending herbs. Follow along as senior technical editor Mark Powers walks you through the steps to becoming a vertical gardener. Since coming to Lima, Peru we ve made quite a few new friends. Indeed, our social life has improved exponentially. And all it took was a few Soles to purchase a tiny bag of cat food for it to happen. Our furry feline friends from Kennedy Park are the main reason we decided to make this video. According to a local source, there used to be a rat problem in which the most rational solution was to introduce cats to take care of it. Well, now there is a cat problem; however, when you re a cat lover it s never a problem ;) It s great to see how locals and tourists alike take care of the cats at Parque Kennedy. Some didn t even want food - a great sign they are being well fed. However, many were thrilled to have the opportunity to munch away on cat food. It was one of those moments in travel where you could never have anticipated doing this kind of thing prior to arriving. The only other city where I ve seen a cluster of friendly stray (feral) cats is in Istanbul, Turkey. Count us as feeling lucky to be crazy cat people here in Lima, Peru ;) Feeding Cats in Lima, Peru Travel Video Transcript: You ve got yourself a little friend over there? Hello. So we are back at Parque Kennedy yet again. You re probably wondering why we are here. We keep coming back. And the answer is because my husband Sam is a cat lover. And there are hundreds of cats here and he decided hey it might be good idea to go pick up some cat food and come feed the cats. So today we re here to feed the kittens. I m the embodiment of a cat lady. This is part of our Travel in Peru series. We re making a series of videos showcasing Peruvian culture, Peruvian arts, Peruvian foods, Peruvian religion, Peruvian cuisine and Peruvian people. A good gift to bring are some figs shokran that s what you do It is customary for people of the same sex to greet each other with a handshake once they know each other better, a kiss on the cheek. Men do not shake a woman s hand unless she extends her hand first I find the longer food takes to prepare the better it tastes. Which means Morrocan cuisine tastes fantastic. Always remember when you re eating out here Always use your right hand only It s very important to wash your hands before you have any tea my hands are washed and I m ready for some tea. Tea is an important part of Moroccan tradition. and you ll find that will be invited for a drink often and in Marrakech you say Tagine for cheers Or basaha When you re invited into a home in Morocco, it s very important to take off your shoes. a good way to get a feel for Moroccan customs is to stay in a traditional riad We stayed in this riad in the Medina, a term used for the old city of Marrakesh Mm tres bien, tres bien The main languages of Morocco are French, Arabic and Berber. It s polite to learn at least the basic phrases and greetings before visiting. What we know in Arabic is we know Shokran, Salam alakum, Alakum Salam, Afwan, Yala Yala, A Ma Salama, it means goodbye. So I know 6 words in Arabic, that s not too bad. What was the Berber word? Azule So there we go, I know a little bit of Berber and a little bit of Arabic. Well done, Thank you

Hank takes you on a tour of your two-part autonomic nervous system. This episode explains how your sympathetic nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system work together as foils, balancing each other out. Their key anatomical differences - where nerve fibers originate and where their ganglia are located - drive their distinct anatomical functions, making your sympathetic nervous system the "fight or flight" while your parasympathetic nervous system is for "resting and digesting."
