I went a little crazy testing products in the last few months of 2019 and my skin really hates me for it…its making it very obvious that…ive screwed it up. In one of my more recent videos, you can see how stressed and irritated my skin was. Its visibly red and dull and made me look almost sick. I 100% compromised my skin barrier, products that I use on a daily basis were starting to sting my skin basically confirming this! My skin was also feeling oddly tighter and more dehydrated than usual, I was breaking out more than usual and just…everything bothered my skin. Over use of AHA, using too many serums with potent active ingredients and generally testing too many products I knew my skin would dislike….had all lead to this. My main and only focus infact is to heal and soothe my irritated skin. So when it came to picking products for this new healing routine, it was actually pretty easy to pick products that focus on barrier repair, ingredients that mimics the natural skin environment and just keep it simple.
