Es sólo cuestión de una alimentación balanceada( Evitar bebidas gaseosas, dulces y harinas, Tomar mucha agua, consumir batidos verdes diureticos y desintoxicantes), realizar ejercicios cardio vasculares y ejercicios localizados. Lo demas ya es disciplina y dedicación del aspirante. jajaja Sonrie,baby!! Muchas personas, relacionan las rutinas de abdominales con la reduccion del abdomen o de la panza, pero esto no es del todo cierto: los ejercicios abdominales no implican una disminución de grasa o adiposidad en el abdomen. Para lograrlo se deben hacer ejercicios aeróbicos de fuerza y resistencia como los muchos que encontraras en este canal.
