Kali ni nak share resepi menu favourite Che Nom iaitu grill lam dan dua side dish iaitu mashed potato serta sayur fresh yang dicelur dengan sempurna. Resepi marinade lamb ni ada bahan penting untuk dapatkan isi grilled lamb yang lembut dan juicy (yang tak liat lah) dan mudah sangat nak ikut sebab gravy nya kita masak dengan satu bahan segera, kita mengelat lah sikit kali ni, jadi memang cepat lah siap. Bahan pun semua yang mudah-mudah aja. Daging yang moist, yang dah serap rasa perapan, ada rasa burn sikit dari grill, makan pula dengan masahed potato dengan gravy yang pedas lemak, sayur pun masih lagi fresh dan crunchy, memang kombo terbaik. Wajib cuba tau. Professional eater Randy Santel versus The Fifty/50 s Ultimate Chicken Wings and Sliders Eating Challenge hosted by The Fifty/50 in Chicago, Illinois. I had a 3-day weekend available thanks to President s Day in mid-February so took advantage of the long weekend by heading down to Northern Illinois with girlfriend @KatinaEatsKilos where we took on 3 delicious food challenges!! For event #3, we headed to Chicago, Illinois so I could attempt and help kick off the new Fifty/50 Ultimate Chicken Wings and Sliders Eating Challenge!! The Fifty/50 used to host a food challenge that I won back in 2015. This challenge is upgraded and larger but with similar rules. I had 50 short minutes to finish 50 menu items from their award winning delicious menu. They are best known for their massive "bigger than jumbo" sized chicken wings. There were 25 of those smothered in 2 different sauces. There were 10 tasty sliders with 2 EA of 5 different proteins. For the other 15 items, there were 5 breaded and fried onion rings, 5 cheesy fried cauliflower bites, and 5 grilled sausages. I was trying to become the 1st winner of the new and improved eating challenge and win my ~$95 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on The Fifty/50 s Wall of Fame.
