A&Z #1059 - Professional eater Randy Santel and "Eager" Ethan Teske each vs Mom s Kitchen s "Packer Backer" Cheesy Wisconsin Breakfast Challenge w/ Apple Fritter French Toast hosted by Mom s Kitchen in Eau Claire, Wisconsin!! @KatinaEatsKilos and I attempted a few food challenges earlier this year in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. After that weekend, our friend Luke invited us each up to his restaurant Mom s Kitchen that is located nearby in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Our friend "Eager" Ethan Teske came over from the southern Minnesota area to join us and we each took on and helped kick off Mom s Kitchen s new "Packer Backer" Cheesy Wisconsin Breakfast Challenge. Katina attempted the challenge after Ethan and I went. We each had 1 hour to feast on one of the best breakfast dishes I ve ever had, Mom s "Packer Backer" but 4x the size of the normal portioned breakfast. It has hash browns, healthy grilled onions & green peppers, lots of Johnsonville bratwurst slices, scrambled eggs, and fried Wisconsin cheese curds, all smothered with homemade hollandaise sauce. The challenge also included a double portion of Mom s popular Apple Fritter French Toast which was covered with Mom s homemade apple pie filling. We were each trying to win our $40 breakfast meals free plus sweet t-shirts and spots on Mom s Wall of Fame.
