A&Z #1060 - Professional eater Randy Santel vs Fat Boy s 6-Patty "Fat Boy" Burger Challenge hosted by Fat Boys Bar and Grill in Abbotsford, Wisconsin!! After attempting the "Packer Backer" Wisconsin Breakfast Challenge at Mom s Kitchen in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, we stopped in Abbotsford, WI on the way home to take on the 6-Patty "Fat Boy" Burger Challenge at Fat Boys Bar and Grill which we heard about from our friend "Eager" Ethan Teske who was one of the 4 previous challenge winners. I had just 30 minutes to finish six 90/10 extra lean burger patties supplied by Ray s Market nearby in Colby, Wisconsin. The 36oz of beef patties were stacked up high and the bottom two patties were layered with 4 slices of Wisconsin Pepper Jack cheese and 4 strips of bacon. It was all topped with jalapenos and other healthy vegetables on a pretzel bun with plenty of Tzatziki-based "Fat Boy" Sauce. I also had to finish 1 full pound of Fat Boy s fries and I was trying to become the 5th person to earn my $40 bacon cheeseburger meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame. Add homemade butter and honey in the pumpkin Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. Deep fry the meat for 10 minutes. Place the pumpkin in the middle of the kazan, then add cooked potatoes, water and cover it up. Let it cook for 1.5 hours. Take the pumpkin out and cook for another 1 hour.
