I finished up my dietetic internship on May 19th, 2022 and @KatinaEatsKilos and I knew we were leaving for Dublin, Ireland on June 7, 2022 to begin our international travel plans. Before leaving, we wanted to attempt 12 food challenges around 6 midwestern USA states. For #1 of 12, we headed to Clinton, Iowa to team up against the viral 30-inch team pizza challenge available at Back Shop Pizza. Hundreds of people contacted us, wanting us to try this challenge.
