A&Z #117A - Professional eater Randy Santel versus Ad Lib s Monster Double Cheeseburger Challenge hosted by Ad Lib Hope Street located in central Glasgow, Scotland of the United Kingdom!! After finishing up our 2-week Northern Ireland Tour, @KatinaEatsKilos and I spent 3 weeks exploring most of the major cities and areas around Scotland. During our travels, I attempted 12 Scottish man vs food restaurant challenges. For final eating challenge event #12, we headed to Ad Lib Hope Street in central Glasgow, Scotland near the train station, so we could each attempt Ad Lib s Monster Burger Challenge which is Scotland s oldest food challenge that is still currently available. I originally beat this challenge back in 2012. It was my 2nd victory in Scotland and also my 2nd challenge win of the day. I wanted to reattempt it again 10 years later to film a better video and also because the challenge is a little different now. I had just 30 minutes to feast on two 600 gram Scottish beef hamburger patties stacked and layered with Cheddar cheese and lots of healthy vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles), all between 3 freshly baked bread buns. No other sides or beverages were included as part of this challenge. The Irn-Bru was just optional. I was trying to again win my £40 double cheeseburger meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Ad Lib s Wall of Fame.
