American professional eater Randy Santel versus Sri Leung Pochana s 3kg Thai Steamed Chicken Rice Challenge hosted by ศรีเหลืองโภชนา สะพานควาย-ข้าวมันไก่ไจแอนท์ located in the Phaya Thai neighborhood of Bangkok, Thailand in Southeast Asia?!! My girlfriend @KatinaEatsKilos and I left Singapore and flew to Phuket, Thailand for a short vacation to take a few days off from doing restaurant food challenges. Then we flew north up to Bangkok, Thailand where I attempted 2 delicious Thai competitive eating challenges. For final Thai food challenge #2, we traveled over to ศรีเหลืองโภชนา สะพานควาย-ข้าวมันไก่ไจแอนท์ (English translation is Sri Leung Pochana) located along Saliratthawiphak Rd in the Phaya Thai area of Bangkok, Thailand. There, we each attempted Sri Leung Pochana s delicious and famous 3kg Thai Steamed Chicken Rice Challenge (Bangkok s biggest) which has been available for more than 10 years now (1 decade). Thousands of people have tried the challenge, and even 6-person teams have failed to finish everything within the 1-hour time limit. There had been 38 previous food challenge winners. Within the 1-hour time limit, I had to finish over 2kg of Thai rice topped with 1kg of steamed chicken meat. There was both dark meat (chicken thighs) and white meat (chicken breast). The sliced cucumbers, extra sauce, congealed chicken blood, Thai milk tea, and chicken broth soup with gourd were all optional. I didn t have to finish those, but still tried to so I could leave no doubt!! I was trying to win my ฿650 Thai Baht Thai chicken rice platter free plus a spot on the Wall of Fame.
