Hi semua, jom kita lihat satu lagi resepi istimewa iaitu Mee Goreng Mamak Daging. Bagi sesiapa yang masih ada stok daging, tak rugi kalau cuba. Resepi ni diadaptasi dari blog Mamak Haji yang sangat pemurah dalam menurunkan ilmu cara-cara menyediakan mee goreng mamak dengan betul. Ada 3 bahagian resepi ini iaitu penyediaaan cucur udang, penyediaan pes perencah, dan akhir sekali penyediaan mee goreng mamak. //Bahasa Melayu -------------------------------------------------------------- Bahan-bahan untuk cucur udang: 2 cawan tepung 1/2 sudu serbuk kunyit 1/2 sudu garam halus 1-2 sudu kecil gula 1/2 sudu kecil yis air secukupnya sayur Kuchai 1 biji bawang Bahan-bahan untuk pes perencah mee goreng mamak: 125g kacang tanah 40g cili kering 1 sudu besar kacang dhal 40g udang geragau 1/2 mangkuk kecil pati asam jawa 4 sudu besar gula garam secukup rasa Bahan-bahan untuk mee goreng mamak: sedikit minyak 3 ulas bawang putih 2 biji bawang merah hirisan cucur udang hirisan tauhu goreng hirisan kentang rebus sayur sawi tomato mee kuning pes perencah mee goreng kicap manis sos tomato air rebusan daging hirisan daging rebus 2 biji telur taugeh cili potong bawang goreng hirisan limau nipis //English --------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients for prawn fritter: 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp salt 1-2 teaspoons of sugar 1/2 teaspoon yeast water chives 1 large onion Ingredients for mee mamak s paste: 125g of peanuts 40g dried chilli 1 tablespoon dhal beans 40g of dried (geragau) shrimp 1/2 cup tamarind juice 3-4 tbsp of sugar salt to taste Ingredients for fried noodles: a little oil 3 cloves of garlic 2 shallots prawn fritter, slices fried tofu, slices boiled potato, slices mustard leaf (sayur sawi) tomatoes yellow noodles mee mamak s paste sweet soy sauce tomato sauce beef stock water sliced boiled meat 2 eggs bean sprouts chopped chilli, garnished crispy fried shallots, garnish lime, garnish --------------------------------------------------------------- Instagram: http://bit.ly/CheNomInstagram Facebook: http://bit.ly/CheNomFacebook

A&Z #738 - Atlas vs Kriner s Family Burger Challenge at Kriner s Burgers & Pies in Anchorage, Alaska. On June 5, 2019, I began my 2019 Summer Adventures and stop #2 was the state of Alaska!! I attempted 6 delicious food challenges in the Alaskan cities of Homer, Soldotna, Talkeetna, and Anchorage. For challenge #4, we traveled south from Talkeetna down to Anchorage, Alaska where I attempted Kriner s Family Burger Challenge with fries at Kriner s Burgers & Pies. I had 45 minutes to finish a meal that only 2 people had previously been able to win after over 300 brave attempts. BIG thanks to Kriner s ownership and staff for the wonderful hospitality, and to all the people who came up to watch and meet us that night.
