After finishing up my food challenges in Oklahoma and Arkansas, I traveled east to Tennessee where I attempted lots of delicious food challenges as part of my 2020 Southeast USA Tour. I also attempted 2 just south of Tennessee in Hernando, Mississippi, and 1 just north of Tennessee in Tompkinsville, Kentucky. For event #6, I stayed in Hernando, Mississippi where I was the day before, and attempted the brand new Gallon of Ice Cream Challenge at Velvet Cream - The Dip which opened back in 1947. I had a one sitting time limit to finish an entire gallon-sized bucket of ice cream, filled with lots of different flavor options that I chose from their giant menu of possibilities. I was trying to win my $30 ice cream sundae free, get a sweet t-shirt for my collection, and earn the first spot on The Dip s Wall of Fame plaque for their new challenge.
