Kali ni Che Nom nak kongsikan resepi Burger Malaysia atau ada yang panggil Pau sambal. Burger Malaysia ni ialah doh roti yang digoreng, kemudian diisi dengan inti sambal bilis, dan hirisan timun. Kalau nak meriah lagi boleh tambah dengan sayur salad. Untuk doh roti Che Nom ambil resepi dari perkongsian Facebook Azlina Ina, dan beliau memang bermurah hati berkongsi resepi yang dibuat berniaga. Resepi asal dalam sukatan gram, dan Che nom share juga sukatan sudu dan cawan metrik untuk mudahkan sesiapa yang nak mencuba. Untuk sambal bilis pula, resepi yang dikongsi adalah yang biasa Che Nom masak kat rumah dan memang sesuai sangat untuk dipadankan kan dengan pau atau roti goreng. Hasil roti dalam video ni sangatlah lembut dan gebu, bila kita makan dengan sambal bilis yang pekat dan pedas, serta sayuran tu, sangatlah sedap. Sesiapa yg nak buat berniaga pun sesuai sangat ni. Zaxby s recently came out with their Signature Chicken Sandwich so I ordered 3 Original Signature Chicken Sandwiches and 3 Spicy Signature Fried Chicken Sandwiches!!
