Hell s Gate in Italy is one of the world s hardest one-day Extreme Enduro events. As the most successful rider ever in the 13-year history of the event, Graham Jarvis has incredibly won the race four times. One of his greatest rides came in 2014 when he won it by a massive 22 minutes. But Hell s Gate can be equally cruel to even the very best. "How To" video number 18: Pop Shove It aka Shuv It, Shuv, Pop Shuv, Shove It, Pickle Twist This time around I tackle the oft requested, Pop Shove It. This is a super fun trick and also considered one of the basics. If you can get this trick down you are well on your way to understanding the fundamentals of the scoop and keeping your board level. Just remember: It s all about the scoop and keeping your board level. Your backfoot does most of the work and your front foot catches the board, keeping it all wrapped up in a tight little bundle.
