All you have to do to give your doll a perfect face is to apply some toothpaste on a cotton pad and wipe the dirty area. It ll work on most plastic toys although permanent marker stains might be harder to remove. The most common problem with all dolls is tangled hair. You can t do your doll s hair, hair brushes only pull it out and it seems like an impossible task to make it look nice again. Do you remember how smooth and shiny it was when you first bought it? There s a simple and affordable solution! No, you don t need to cut your doll s hair or buy a new one:) Just pour some fabric conditioner in a small bowl and soak the doll s hair in it! There s no need to keep it on for a long time, just make sure all hair is covered with the conditioner then ремове excess liquid, brush the hair and let it dry. Laundry detergent won t work and it ll be very hard to get it off of the hair. But fabric conditioner works miracles and you won t believe how amazing the doll s hair will look like! You will need one balloon of your favorite color and scissors to make a stylish bikini. Be careful when working with sharp objects! Next on the menu is shoes for dolls. Guess, what will Sue be using? Hot glue! First, protect doll s feet by wrapping them in plastic food wrap (or she ll be wearing the same pair of shoes forever, lol). You can use clear glue to make Cinderella s glass slippers or gold glue to make the best party shoes! And now it s time for the DIY Barbie dress. Sue will show you how to make a dress for a doll without sewing. There are two easy ways! For the first one, you ll just need an old sock. Real bird chicks hatching from store eggs?!! Is it even real? We re about to find out. After "Angry Birds" revealed to Sam truth about how baby birds hatch from eggs he is obsessed with the idea! He is trying to make his own home incubator at home by sitting on eggs himself, warming them with a lamp and making a humid environment by watering them. One of the eggs breaks, Sam is heartbroken and Sue suggests that they make a real-life incubator for eggs! It s here, it s here, we can t believe it s here! Slime Sam won a giveaway from his favorite YouTube vlogger and got a new phone! To Sam s great disappointment it turned out to be a Xiaomi Mi 5 and not an iPhone. Sam wanted to throw the phone out but Sue convinced that it wasn t important what kind of phone you have as long as you make it look nice and unique. Sam kind of agreed but then Sue came up with an amazingly smart idea to make a space-themed DIY phone case and that s when Sam totally got onboard. It was one of those easy crafts that always win him over:) For this cool DIY, you will need an artist sponge stippler, different colors of nail polish and some artistic skills. Sue and Sue used the galaxy theme for the phone case and covered the plain black case with a few shades of blue, purple, black, red, pink and white nail polish. Useful tips for this phone case craft: 🚀Only use a little bit of nail polish at a time., it ll be easier to work with and take less time to dry. 🚀After you applied a new color use a stippler right away and blur and shade the color because the nail polish dries surprisingly fast. If only it d dry that fast on nails, right??? 🚀To create micro splashes of white nail polish and make the stars just use a bamboo skewer. Hold in in one hand and lightly tap the polish brush applicator on it. It ll create the most fabulous sprinkles! 🚀Don t forget to protect your phone case with an extra layer of transparent nail polish. It ll definitely take some extra time to dry but will also give your new phone case a finished look. This galaxy phone case will definitely draw a lot of attention. Sam s so excited! He s going to become a ninja! That is, if he can convince his friend Sue that the rat she s brought to their house is Master Splinter. Sue is not sure about that, but she still wants to make an awesome labyrinth for the rat to show how smart it is (even if it can t teach the art of ninja). Will the rat be able to find the exit once inside? If you have a pet rat or want to make such a labyrinth for your science project, do it together with Sam and Sue! To make this labyrinth, you will need some thick cardboard, a hot glue, some paints and markers, a ruler, some wooden ice-cream sticks, a spinner, and some plastic. First, you need to mark out all the rooms on a large piece of cardboard. Then you need to make all the fun details: a revolving door shaped like a piece of cheese, a seesaw, a bridge, and a transparent tunnel. Then make the walls! Some walls should have round doors for the rat to pass through them. Make the gates for the entrance, to close the rat in. Then glue all the pieces in place. Lastly, cover the labyrinth with a large piece of plastic glass. It should have a lot of holes in it to let the air through! And then let the rat in! Just don t show the labyrinth to your rat before you re done =) Rats aren t only smart, they are clean, communicative, can be taught many things, and easy to take care of. She s got this brilliant idea when no one showed up for Sam s party. He was trying so hard to make the best party for his friends! He s got the best soda, tasty party snacks, confetti, balloons, name tags, party hats and bright party decorations... He sent out beautiful invitations to all of his friends and... no one came! They re not exactly recipes as you don t have to boil, fry, roast or bake anything, so it s completely hustle-free! These no-cook fruit carving ideas will be a staple at your next party for kids and the guests will love it! Sue ll be fruit carving apple owl, apple frog and apple turtle (or tortoise? not sure lol:). 1. HOW TO MAKE AN OWL FROM AN APPLE To make a fruit owl you will need a few simple ingredients: - two apples - a piece of carrot - a few raisins - toothpicks CARVING INSTRUCTIONS 1) Take one apple and cut a piece off each side. The apple slices should be even. These will be the wing for the fruit owl. 2) Attach the apple slices to the same apple using half of a toothpick. 3) We already have the owl s body and now we can make its head. Cut off two slices from another apple so the cuts make an angle. 4) Carve out a small piece of apple flesh in the middle of each cut and insert the raisins that will serve as eyes. 5) Cut out small slot-like holes on either side of the "head", that s where the ears will go. 6) Cut out small triangles from the remaining apple slices and insert them into the holes. 7) Cut out a triangle from the carrot, it ll serve as a beak. 8) Carve out a small piece of apple between the owl s eyes and insert the carrot beak. 9) Connect both parts of the owl together by sticking a toothpick between them. HOW TO MAKE A FROG FROM AN APPLE To make a funny frog you will need: - a quarter of an apple - a few raisins - sunflowers seeds - a strawberry - two marshmallows CARVING TUTORIAL 1) Cut out a piece in the middle of apple quarter. It ll be the mouth. 2) Insert the seeds in the "mouth" to make your friend smile:) 3) Insert the raisins into the marshmallows. 4) Stick the toothpicks above the frog s mouth and attach the marshmallows. 5) Slice a strawberry and use one slice to make a tongue for the frog. HOW TO MAKE A TURTLE FROM AN APPLE For this fruit creation you will need: - an apple - a grape - some colorful sprinkles - toothpicks HOW TO CARVE AN APPLE TURTLE: 1) Cut the apple in half. 2) Make a turtle s head out of the grape by cutting off a small piece of it. 3) Stick a toothpick into the apple half and put a grape onto it. 4) Use another toothpick to make holes in the grape. 5) Decide on the turtle s eyes color and insert the sprinkles in the holes. 6) Cut a large piece from the second apple half. 7) Remove the middle and cut the pieces in half. 8) Place four little pieces like legs and place a turtle on top! When you cut an apple chemical reaction takes place, this enzyme reacts with the oxygen in the air and turns the apple brown. How can crayons change your life? Well, that s easy! Today Slime Sam and his pet human Sue will show you how to draw, how to paint, how to design clothes, how to make candles, how to make Lego action figures, how to turn old to new and how to brighten up your night, and all of that is possible with the help of colorful and powerful crayons! Today s episode consists of different hacks, ideas, and crafts with good old crayons. Now, if you have other ideas about how to use crayons please let us know. We ll make a video about it! 1. FABULOUS CRAYON PENDANT Make this unique piece of jewelry if you like to stand out from the crowd. Think of your own pattern and design a one-of-a-kind necklace that everybody will envy! 1) Grate crayons using a grater. We use blue, purple, white and sky blue crayons with glitter but you can pick different colors and create your own color combination! 2) Fill the pendant base with the crayon shavings, make sure it doesn t overflow. 3) Use a high-temperature industrial blowdryer to heat and melt crayon shavings. If your pendant base is microwavable you can use a microwave oven. 4) Leave the pendant to cool down. 5) Put some hot glue on it and attach a transparent piece of glass as a finishing touch. 2. DRAWING WITH MELTED CRAYONS ON HOT STONES 1) Preheat clean stones in the oven. 2) Draw! Wax crayons don t take the heat that well and they ll melt as soon as you touch the stone. Mix the colors, experiment and make a cool piece of room decor for yourself or a friend! It can be used as a magnet, a paperweight or something else. 3. GIFT CANDLES OUT OF CRAYONS 1) Place a wick in a small glass. 2) Place a glass at an angle. You can use a thin book or an eraser. 3) Using a lighter melt the crayons into a glass. 4) Change the angle and repeat step #3 with a different color. 5) Set the candle straight and even the surface of the candle with the last color. 6) Leave the candle to cool. 4. CRAYON T-SHIRT DESIGN WITH THE IRON 1) Use a large wooden board as a base. 2) Print out a template on self-adhesive paper. 3) Secure the template on the t-shirt. 4) Grate the crayons of your choice using a fine grater. 5) Place the shavings onto the t-shirt creating a design of your own! 6) Cover the template with some baking paper. 7) Melt the picture with the iron. 8) Remove the baking paper and enjoy your stylish clothes! 5. MELTING BROKEN CRAYONS INTO NEW ONES 1) Break the crayons into smaller pieces and separate the colors. 2) Place pieces of each color in a separate silicone baking mold and bake in the oven for a few minutes until melted. 3) Leave it to cool and enjoy your handmade crayons! You can pick any shape of mold you like! Sue went with Lego mini-figures;) 6. BRIGHT CRAYON NIGHLIGHT 1) Take the wrappings of the crayons*. 2) Apply some glue to the lampshade close to the edge and attach the crayon. 3) Repeat until the whole lampshade is covered. 4) Heat the crayons making them drip down the lampshade. *To get rid of the crayon wrapping soak the crayons for a few minutes in water with dish soap. Th wrappings will come right off! 7. CRAYON SEAL OF YOUR OWN 1) Insert a crayon in a gluegun and heat it up. 2) When it s hot apply some wax onto the envelope and seal it with a stamp while the wax is still hot. 3) Leave it to cool. 8. DRIPPING CRAYON DRAWING TECHNIQUE 1) Stick a picture of your choice onto the canvas. 2) Use a glue gun loaded with the crayons to create some interesting and absolutely amazing patterns! 3) Leave it to dry. 9. HOW TO DECORATE A T-SHIRT WITH CRAYONS AND SANDPAPER 1) Use a template to draw a picture on sandpaper. 2) Transfer the image onto a t-shirt by pressing sandpaper with the drawing against and ironing it over. 3) Take it right now and go out, surprise people and share this idea because... Use a pencil to mark and clippers to cut the excess. Safety first! always ask adults to help when working with sharp or hot objects and tools! 😎2:55 - You will also need two small pieces of a popsicle stick with the measurements 1.7 cm by 3.3 cm. 😎2:59 - Glue these four pieces together. Use a skewer to join two pairs of wooden "scissors" and this half-box. 😎5:19 - Make a pump using a mini saw and syringes.
